WOD - Muscle-ups
30 Muscle-ups for time
Mine (19:42):
90 Pullups
90 Dips
Hands starting tearing, so I took my time and didn't get to do the 120 like i wanted to; did them in 10 increments (10 Pullups, then 10 Dips).
