WOD - Box Jump, Power Snatch, Pull-up
21-15-9 reps for time of:
24" Box jump
75 pound Power snatch
Chest to bar Pull-up
Mine (13:17):
20" Box Jump
#65 Power Snatch
Pull-ups = 21 & 15 sets were jumping pullups (I forgot to shave off callouses, so hands hurt pretty bad); 9 regular pullups
